Macclesfield FC International Academy
University Program
MFC International Academy offers student-athletes from around the world the chance to combine studying and playing in a truly world-class, professional environment nurturing lifelong memories and skillsets.
Student-athletes choose to study either a Football Studies or Sports Management degree, whilst training and playing as a full-time footballer (2, 3 & 4-year courses on offer) All courses offered in association with our partner university, UCLan. Meticulously designed programs to provide a blended study schedule. Promoting exemplary standards both on and off the pitch.
Each degree program provides the student-athlete with both the necessary qualification and the experiences to excel within both the sport and business sectors upon graduation. To learn more about the MFC International Academy, please CLICK HERE.
Residency Program
In addition to the University program, the International Academy also offers a bespoke 2,4 and 6-week Residency Program, which allows prospective student-athletes an unforgettable opportunity to sample life as a professional footballer (link to video).
The residency program has been compiled in order to develop players aged 16-18 and give them a tangible advantage ahead of the forthcoming season and also the opportunity to embrace British
culture!
