How to merge multiple accounts

So sorry to hear about this frustration! Sometimes this happens when different email addresses are used for rosters that are not connected to the existing accounts.

Not to worry though – please CLICK HERE to fill out a support contact form and be sure to include the following information:

  • Athlete’s Full Name
  • Athlete’s Sport
  • Email address for the first account
  • Email address for the second account

As a heads up, we are unable to merge the accounts, but we will work with you to ensure this issue is handled correctly!
